Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to connected accounts, reviewing outputs before using them, and ensuring your use of the services complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

Approvals and sensitive actions

PeakAgent AI is designed to operate within the permissions you set. You remain responsible for approving sensitive, irreversible, legal, financial, or customer-facing actions where approval is required.

Trials, credits, and referrals

PeakAgent AI may offer a 30-day free trial, promotional credits, or referral-based rewards. Eligibility, availability, and duration can vary by offer and customer status. Promotional and referral offers may be changed or discontinued.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from PeakAgent AI. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Acceptable use

You may not use PeakAgent AI to send unlawful messages, violate privacy rights, misrepresent identity, interfere with service operation, or connect accounts you are not authorized to use.

No guaranteed outcomes

AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. PeakAgent AI provides operational assistance, but does not guarantee business, legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional outcomes.
